Operating under cover of darkness, they must infiltrate the property carefully, conduct their search, piece together clues, and avoid detection by whatever entity truly resides within. Even the slightest sound risks a dangerous confrontation with something sinister—requiring the stealth of creatures far too wary to venture near this place.

The narrative follows a protagonist drawn to a remote community where children have begun vanishing in alarming numbers. Despite efforts by local families and authorities, there remains no trail, suspects, or investigative leads to pursue. You take on the responsibility of locating the missing youth by investigating tales of an ancient legend—a terror dwelling in the shadows.

Four difficulty modes are available: Ghost (the creature does not spawn); Easy (three lives granted, the creature lacks hearing and traverses slowly); Normal (three lives remain, but the creature can hear movement); Hardcore (single life only, the creature moves swiftly and detects all sound).

Navigate the sprawling estate where the story unfolds, conceal yourself beneath furniture and in storage spaces, slip through unlatched apertures, and interact with discovered objects. Uncover mysteries, assist the character in opening sealed passages, traverse dimly lit hallways with care, document findings, and piece together the chilling truth behind the disappearances.
