Techniques Used Before

This version breaks from the turn-based format found in most war board games. Instead of taking turns, players move the story forward using an action bar and by playing cards. How fast each character spends their action points determines how quickly the following rounds unfold. You decide whether to spend all your action value on a single hit to inflict heavy damage or to hold some back so you have more room on the bar for other moves. Either approach can deal serious damage, and the choice is entirely yours.

Free Seamless Chessboard Download Option

War chess players are not confined to a small playing field. Instead, the game can be played on a continuous board that stretches in any direction across the full 360 degrees. Because the squares no longer restrict your movement, you can defeat tough opponents using sophisticated and flexible placement strategies.

Boss fights are carefully planned and staged from start to finish. The developers invested considerable time and effort into designing challenging bosses unique to each section of the game. Every stage is built to hold up under its own weight, so nothing falls apart along the way. Tailor your plans and squads to the demands of each encounter, and come up with creative solutions whenever new obstacles appear.
