Description
Stray Souls: Dollhouse
Looking for a horror adventure with quest elements? Stray Souls: Dollhouse lets you wander through a haunted ghost town, speak with spirits, crack puzzles and much more.
Story and Action
The tale centers on a family of kind wizards who lived peacefully until a forsaken clown doll turned up in their home. The doll tormented the parents, abducted their son, and cast a dreadful curse over the entire area.
Many years have passed since then. The main character, a young man named Sam, managed to flee the cursed place and wed a lovely woman. Yet something kept him from enjoying a truly happy life...
That something is a fragment of his own soul, trapped in the deserted town by dark magic.
Daniela, the hero's wife, is the only person who can rescue her husband's soul. You will guide the heroine to the ghost town and unravel its mystery.
Gameplay Features
Gameplay revolves around exploring the town, interacting with both benevolent and malevolent ghosts, solving puzzles and more. You won't face it alone, as a wizard will assist you, and you can jot down useful notes in your diary.
The game map and the "Hint" button are two more tools that keep you from getting stuck for long.
The "Hint" button is also interactive: while searching for items, pressing it highlights the correct area, and in quest mode it points you in the right direction.
