Use the Volume Manager (Sound Manager) app to control volume and ringer settings depending on which app you have open. WOW Volume Manager makes it simple to automate different volume profiles on Android.

The app also offers two ringer automation modes: Normal or Silent Vibrate.

An app can only change its volume level while it is open, because Android does not let background apps adjust volume. Only apps running in the foreground are able to change volume levels.

How to use it:

1. The app shows a list of your installed apps along with system apps. Switch on the toggle at the right of an app's name to enable volume control for it.

2. The app presents the Ringer Mode options (Silent, Vibrate, Normal) along with various volume levels. Pick the mode you prefer or set a custom volume level for that app.

It's quick, easy and straightforward.

3. The volume level cannot be changed in Silent or Vibrate mode.

Note:

Make sure Volume Manager is turned ON by checking the toggle in the top-right corner.

The app provides default volume settings for apps that have not been configured.

When you close an app, the default settings are applied. You can find this option on the app's settings screen.

The default volume setting is OFF by default, so volume settings will not change after you close the app.
