WeedCity is a business simulation game developed by Blonde Hamster Studios. Unlike most titles in the genre, it puts you in charge of a very distinctive product: you build your own cannabis empire. Starting from a small cannabis farm and growing into a leading business across the country, the journey is genuinely engaging from start to finish.
About WeedCity
You've probably tried business simulators before, like running a café, a supermarket, or a restaurant. But have you ever imagined becoming a top cannabis supplier and raking in huge profits? WeedCity delivers exactly that kind of experience. Ready to build your cannabis empire? Breaking into this industry is a real challenge, so let's dive in and explore the game!
Build and Expand Your Cannabis Farm in the City
Your path to a cannabis empire starts in a fun and laid-back way. While relaxing with friends, you decide to set up a cannabis farm right in the heart of the city. You quickly buy a van and an old warehouse, then plant your very first cannabis crops.
Early on, you have plenty to handle. You'll need to buy seeds from the city dealer, then plant, water, care for, and harvest the crops yourself. Since you start out alone, you're responsible for all the work. Once you sell your first packages to city customers, the extra income lets you grow your farm.
WeedCity Offers Different Cannabis Strains for Your Farm
At first, you can only cultivate a few popular strains. They're inexpensive, so the profits are modest. With patience, though, you'll upgrade your facilities and unlock new strains. The game features a wide variety of types, each designed to closely reflect their real-life counterparts.
Higher-value strains bring bigger profits, but they take longer to harvest and require more attention. Don't worry too much, though. As your operation stabilizes, you can hire workers to share the load. Your role then shifts toward managing your team and overseeing the cannabis business as a whole.
Beyond that, when market trends shift, you can research and breed new strains exclusive to your company. Combine cannabis seeds with ingredients like chocolate, cakes, or gummies to create truly unique products. Who knows? One of your creations could win over many customers and earn you a fortune.
Expand Your Business and Become the Top Cannabis Empire
Once your operation is running smoothly, it's time to scale up and turn your dream into a reality. Buy neighboring buildings, plant more fields to boost production, and invest in machines to automate the process.
For a specialized product like cannabis, quality matters most, followed by the network and relationships you've built. Once you have a loyal customer base, you no longer need to sell door to door. Instead, you can work through local dealers. You can also widen your reach by entering new markets, sending employees to other cities to monitor conditions and promote your products.
Competitors won't stand idly by, either. They'll look for every opportunity to pressure you and undermine your business. You'll need to solve each problem as it comes, and if necessary, form a gang to challenge rivals and seize control. Eliminate every obstacle in your path, and soon you'll be the number one cannabis empire in the city.
