Your primary objective in every match is to dominate at least half the map through military conquest and shrewd diplomacy, which starts with constructing essential structures across your provinces.
Constructing these facilities will supply your civilization with steady streams of gold and rations. Accumulated gold lets you significantly enhance your territories, boost provincial output, and recruit or sustain your armed forces. You can enlist 3 distinct unit classes: infantry divisions, heavy artillery, and armored tanks. March your troops forward to annex foreign lands or station them to protect your borders.
Following each triumphant engagement, surviving battalions earn promotions, significantly increasing their combat prowess. You can also forge strategic alliances, negotiate mutual non-aggression treaties, establish profitable trade routes, and swap crucial resources and technologies with foreign powers.
Advancing your civilization's technology tree will drastically boost resource production across your territories and substantially increase your military's battlefield efficiency.
