Your territory contains 35 empty squares arranged in a 7×5 grid. At the start, only the first row nearest the border facing the enemy is unlocked. To make room for a bigger army, you'll need to spend money to expand into more space. When an enemy approaches, a circular marker appears on screen. Drag it to the most crowded spot to open fire.

At level 207, for example, you only need to defeat 40 enemies, but most of them are police officers, thugs, and protesters.
