Game Rules
Almost everyone knows how to play tic-tac-toe, but if you're trying this popular game for the first time, it's worth getting familiar with the basics. The game board is split by 4 lines into 9 cells.
Before the game starts, players decide who will take X's and who will take O's.
If you're facing artificial intelligence, you automatically receive the X's. Players alternate turns, placing their mark in any empty cell on the board.
The aim is to line up a row of your own pieces (X's or O's) before your opponent does. Whoever completes the line first is declared the winner.
