Description
On the Ares space station, Leo Kaito is ranked among the lowly Iron class. The Ares Fall is a story about a love pulled apart by the harsh divide of social status. Kaira has been placed in a higher tier, and here "higher" describes rank, not where the two of them stand in space. Their feelings never exist in a vacuum; they are always weighed down by the pressure of the rankings. Unspoken limits press hard on this fragile bond. Maybe they will find a way to overcome them, or maybe one day everything will fall apart.
Meanwhile, strange changes in his mother and eerie spiritual disturbances are slowly taking hold of the Ares station. The main character finds himself caught between two different narratives, and on top of that, his own standing hangs heavily over him. Will it push him over the edge, or will he be corrupted little by little?
