Description
Street Chaser is an Android endless runner built around a simple premise: a gang has snatched a friend's handbag, and you have to chase the thieves through the city streets. Like other runners, it features swerving, jumping, and sliding, but it also lets you hit back. During a chase, grab nearby objects and throw bottles or kick balls at the fleeing robber.
A Chase That Demands More Than Fast Swipes
The core pursuit has a clear goal. You dodge obstacles, keep close enough to your target, and use whatever objects you have to bring the robber down. The loop is easy to grasp, yet every run forces you to split your focus between the path ahead and the thief in front of you. One mistimed jump can end the chase, and a missed bottle lets the robber slip further away.
There are ten robbers to catch, so the endless-run format has a concrete purpose beyond chasing a distance record. Coins earned during runs can be spent on power-ups, and daily challenges reward you with coins, lives, and Lucky Wheel spins. The latest Android update adds new obstacle patterns, including fast-forward and slow-down hazards, which can disrupt your rhythm in more than one way.
Missions Give Each Run a Different Purpose
Once the basic chase starts to feel routine, Street Chaser introduces hundreds of missions with varied goals. Some bring back chasing, bottle throwing, or ball kicking, while others focus on collecting coins, gathering specific items, finding words, or returning an item. This variety is the game's strongest design decision. You're still running through the same kind of street setting, but your immediate task can change from catching a target to grabbing the right item before time runs out.
Finishing missions moves you forward across a street map. New seasonal events bring their own objectives and milestone rewards, and bonus coin games unlock after every five missions. As a result, the game alternates between quick reaction challenges and more focused tasks, rather than asking every session to be one long high-score attempt.
Eight-Player Races and Hero Selection
The game supports online multiplayer for up to eight players at once. Multiplayer missions pay out coins based on your finishing position, which rewards clean routes and well-timed moves more than a solo run does. It's a worthwhile alternative when chasing AI robbers no longer offers enough challenge.
You can choose an avatar from a dozen heroes, and boosts remain a key part of the wider progression system. Street Chaser contains ads and in-app purchases, and its Teen rating notes violence. Its data-safety disclosure states that it may collect app activity, app information and performance data, along with device or other identifiers. It also says that data is not encrypted and cannot be deleted. That's worth considering before treating the game as a casual offline pastime. If the combination of chases, varied missions, and competitive races appeals to you, its best moments come from reacting quickly while keeping the robber in sight.
