Description
Scrolling Icons Live Wallpaper is a personalization app that works as a built-in editor, letting you design your own live wallpapers on your Android device. What makes it stand out is its engine, which uses icon packs as the building blocks of every design. You can arrange these icons across any grid you like, rotate them to your preferred angles, and tweak them with custom color palettes, among many other options. Note that the app does not come with its own icon sets, so you will need to gather your own source icons. Once you do, you can create a one-of-a-kind wallpaper that looks striking on your screen.
