Rogue with the Dead is a groundbreaking roguelike RPG. You lead your own army and keep upgrading its strength through an endlessly replayable campaign. Whatever fails to kill you makes you stronger. This game was crafted by the same team behind Unreal Life and Gen'ei AP.

Your mission is to lead a band of soldiers across a three-hundred-mile journey to face and defeat the Demon Lord. Every quest you finish and every monster you slay brings in more gold and makes your army more formidable. You can stand back and let your troops squabble among themselves, or step in and lend them a hand. If the entire army falls, you won't be revived. You'll lose all your possessions, including troops, currency, and supplies (artifacts excepted), and you'll have to start the mission over from the beginning. Collecting as many artifacts as you can gives you the best shot at beating the game's toughest bosses, and each victory over them yields even more artifacts.

Inside this endless cycle, you can level up your soldiers, take on dangerous monsters, and venture through perilous dungeons. You can also recruit healers, summoners, and mages to support you in battle, and rely on proven tower defense tactics to fend off waves of attackers. In idle mode, you can boost the power of your quests so you earn coins faster. There are no tiresome controls to worry about, since you can progress through most of the game just by sitting back. The tougher bosses can be overcome with the stronger soldiers you uncover along the way. You'll also gather plenty of useful ingredients and artifacts, which you can then use to cook meals that enhance your troops' abilities.
