SURVIVOR

Your role as a survivor involves completing various tasks to signal a rescue vehicle and exit the location successfully. Repair the cabin radio by finishing all objectives to restore its full functionality. Gather the materials needed for repairs and survival by chopping trees, picking berries and herbs, and mining rocks. Use these resources to craft additional items and tools.

Search through numerous boxes scattered across different buildings throughout the map. These containers hold essential supplies that improve your survival chances and help complete objectives. Use the cabin radio to call for emergency rescue. Board the escape vehicle and extract alongside as many innocent survivors as possible. Trust your instincts to identify the traitors, counter their interference, and eliminate those displaying suspicious behavior.

TRAITOR

As a traitor, your goal is to prevent survivors from escaping the area alive. You'll learn your teammates' identities at the start, each wearing a red marker like yours. A red radio lets you coordinate with fellow traitors. Access traitor-exclusive boxes and hatches for tactical advantages. These crates offer valuable resources plus traitor points redeemable for special abilities.

Unlock special powers using accumulated traitor points. Enhanced rolling, objective sabotage, and console interference become available when you spend your points. Utilize tactics like poisoning, traps, and specialized tools to incapacitate or kill survivors. Win by preventing their escape before time runs out. Blend in among the survivors and stay discreet—revealing yourself too early gives them a defensive advantage.

HIDDEN ROLES

Traitors are secretly embedded within the survivor group. While traitors recognize each other, survivors remain unaware of their true identities. The traitors' mission is stopping all survivors from leaving alive.

TEAMWORK

Survivors must cooperate to survive and escape. Going solo makes survival extremely difficult; players risk being killed by wildlife or becoming easy prey for traitors.

COMMUNICATION

Players can communicate through proximity voice chat, private radio channels, text messaging, and emotes. Effective communication is crucial for survivors to complete tasks and defend against traitor threats.

BETRAYAL & DECEPTION

Outnumbered initially, traitors gain strength by earning survivors' trust while building power. Survivors can never be completely certain who to trust, allowing traitors to spread misinformation and turn survivors against each other.
