It makes one-handed use more comfortable throughout the interface, since some apps and elements were never designed in the One UI look, which favors flatter, rounder shapes that are easier to reach with one hand. Because it reflects personal taste first and foremost, this is not a standard theme that swaps colors or backgrounds; its focus is on reshaping certain layouts and structures.
