Description
Once Human (Project: EOE) is an action survival simulator played from a third-person perspective, featuring impressive graphics and a richly developed sci-fi world. In a distant future, humanity has been almost entirely wiped out. It began when portals started opening across the planet, and terrifying creatures, possibly from another world, poured through them. Only a handful of people survived the invasion, and they adapted well to their harsh new reality. As one of the seasoned survivalists, the player is tasked with driving the next stage of humanity's rebirth.
Chinese developers are testing cloud-based solutions, which means Android players can now download an APK file of just 25 MB and play Once Human through the cloud. The visuals match the PC version, but to run the game smoothly you need a booster program that optimizes your internet connection and cuts down latency.
With a weak internet connection, the cloud version of Once Human is practically unplayable. Insiders report that a high ping makes even rotating the camera a struggle, let alone fighting zombies or other real players. The cloud version for Android became available on August 3. There is no confirmed date yet for a full-scale regional release on smartphones and PCs.
