OBDII Trouble Codes is the most comprehensive offline OBD2 (EOBD) diagnostic trouble code database. It contains more than 18,500 error descriptions, making it the most complete database on the market.
Extremely easy to use! There's no need to even pick your car model. Simply enter your fault code and the app will display every matching description. No Internet connection is required, so you won't waste hours searching for a single code description when the check engine light comes on. Looking up an OBDII trouble code has never been simpler.
If you own a cable, Bluetooth, or WiFi OBDII fault code reader (adapter) such as an ELM327, PLX Kiwi, OBDLink, or any other, you'll find this app essential. Most code scanners lack a full DTC (diagnostic trouble code) database and only show raw numbers. Stay prepared for any problem, no matter where you are!
You can select and copy an error description with a simple long press on the text, then paste it into an SMS, email, or anywhere else you like! (Android 3.0 and later only)
If your car supports OBD II (OBD2) or EOBD, you can already use nearly 5,000 generic OBDII codes. These codes cover the PowerTrain series (P0XXX, P2XXX, P34XX), Body series (B0XXX), Chassis series (C0XXX), and Network series (U0XXX, U2XXX, U3XXX).
The app also includes a list of more than 13,500 additional manufacturer-specific codes. Keep in mind that a complete OBD DTC database is impossible to build, since manufacturers keep adding new codes and changing existing ones. If you can't find your code or believe a code is no longer accurate, please contact us! To connect to your OBDII scanner, you will need a dedicated scan tool app such as Torque Lite, Torque Pro, DashCommand, or Car Gauge.
