Gameplay

Originally built as an adventure and combat role-playing game, Mushroom Knight rewards frequent crafting, equipping new gear, and upgrading your weapons and skills. The aim is to let players try out a variety of combat tactics and advance fast enough to take on the toughest monsters.

The game also features a pet system, which is a big help when exploring and clearing dungeons. Later on, you can combine pets to unlock even more surprises.

The Mushroom Kingdom was once a very different place. Birds sang in peaceful skies, countless species lived side by side in harmony, and war was unheard of. Then one day, monsters seemingly appeared out of nowhere, trampling the land, capturing the people, and making life miserable for everyone. At this pace, no one knows how long the kingdom can survive.

That's where you step in. As a hero armed with many abilities, advanced crafting skills, and the support of loyal pets, you're the only one capable of driving back the monsters and saving the Mushroom Kingdom.

Earn Points to Craft and Upgrade Your Powers

Every monster you defeat in battle grants EXP and bonus points. Bonuses let you buy essential items and key resources for crafting later on.

Your experience points build up over time, leveling up your character. With every level gained, you grow stronger, tougher, and better prepared to fend off enemies.

Unlock New Skills and Abilities

As you journey through each new region of the Dwarf Mushroom Kingdom and defeat the boss guarding it, you'll meet the village chief, who will gladly teach you new combat skills. This is how you steadily gather more powerful techniques for battle.

New abilities also unlock as you complete major quests. Combining these skills in different ways helps your character fight more effectively.

Advanced Crafting Techniques

Our Knight stands out from the rest thanks to the ability to create a wide range of unique items, gear, and weapons for battle. By gathering enough resources, you can combine them in countless ways to forge swords, shields, bows, and arrows, or support equipment such as armor and hoods.

The more varied the resources you collect, the better your crafting results will be. And once your EXP is high enough, showing that your Knight has grown significantly stronger, your crafting speed improves as well.
