This app comes in handy when you have a phone bought abroad and the system language is hard to read. Once it's installed, just pick the language you want and restart your device.
Installation and Usage
First of all, keep in mind that this app needs ROOT access to work. Without it, the program won't launch at all. You can easily find step-by-step guides online for getting ROOT on your particular device.
After rooting, open the app and tap Add Local.
When the dialog window appears, enter the required language settings. The app will then download the necessary updates automatically.
Features
If you still can't switch the system language to Russian after using the app, look for firmware that includes Russian support. Quite a few versions of this kind of firmware are freely available today.
You can also flash the device yourself at home, but be very careful, because a mistake could permanently brick your phone.
If you can't find suitable firmware either, your only remaining option is to learn English.
