METAL SLUG
Blast through waves of relentless enemies—whether biological threats, mechanical war machines, or demonic monsters—in the classic arcade title Metal Slug. Standing against heavy-duty turrets, futuristic battle droids, and vicious soldiers, victory demands peak skill, but every obstacle can be conquered!
Gameplay
METAL SLUG delivers an intense side-scrolling run-and-gun experience. Your objective is to battle across vibrant 2D stages filled with hostile forces, battling everything from rebel military squads and rogue terrorists to extraterrestrial invaders and mythical deities.
Ammo scarcity adds a tactical layer to the intense action. Whenever a stage begins, your starting munitions are intentionally tight and far fewer than the hostile targets standing in your path.
Because of this, reckless trigger-pulling will quickly leave you defenseless. Instead, focus on multi-target takedowns by grouping adversaries together with heavy explosives, incendiary attacks, and environmental hazards.
To help even the odds, your operative can access an extensive armory of specialized firearms, summon devastating aerial strikes, and commandeer heavy armor—including the iconic mammoth assault tanks.
