Description
MAME4droid is a powerful arcade emulator designed specifically for Android devices. Thanks to a recent update, the app officially introduces full compatibility with Android 13. Users on Android 11 or newer can now easily read and load ROM collections directly from external SD cards. Additionally, MAME4droid makes managing progress much simpler by letting you keep save states in the exact same directory as your ROMs, alongside general bug fixes and stability improvements.
Please keep in mind that ROM files are not bundled with the emulator, though it is capable of running over 8,000 different titles. However, not every classic 1990s arcade game is guaranteed to run at peak speed or with flawless compatibility, even on top-tier flagship hardware. Given the colossal size of the arcade catalog, ensuring complete perfection across every single release simply isn't feasible.
