Home Memories is an adorable and highly engaging match-three puzzle game. You play as Harold, who arrives at his parents' new home. They have recently bought a large house, but it is rundown and needs repairs and a major makeover, both indoors and out. The vast park has also grown wild and calls for a skilled hand. That's the job players take on, while also getting absorbed in the story, chatting with other characters, and uncovering the secrets hidden in this manor.

Harold receives a letter informing him that he has inherited an old, abandoned mansion. He decides to leave his former life behind, pack a suitcase, and head for a village on the edge of town to start fresh.
Your first project is restoring the living room. Before you can fix the floorboards, buy new furniture, or tackle other repairs, you need to collect stars, which are required to complete tasks. You earn them by clearing levels in the match-three style: swap fruits to form the longest chains possible, finish objectives, and advance to the next stage. Be sure to make use of the boosters, which are there to make the game easier to play.
Overall, the gameplay follows the format of most games in this genre, so it is quite standard and can feel repetitive at times. What stands out is the charming hand-drawn artwork, smooth animations, and excellent music.
