Home Behind is a thrilling role-playing game that combines an absorbing storyline with strategic gameplay.

The game follows a refugee who sets out on a grueling journey from his home toward Europe. After a civil war erupts and claims thousands of lives, the protagonist makes the difficult choice to leave everything behind and look for a place where he can live free from oppression.

You will face demanding challenges such as hunger, freezing nights, bandits, and many other dangers. Whether you find your family and make it through these dark times depends entirely on the choices you make. Events and everything that unfolds in each new run are randomly generated, with locations and characters created automatically, which keeps the gameplay fresh and gripping.

Keep a close watch on your character's mood, hydration, and hunger, since these stats directly shape his attributes and determine whether he can keep going. A unique crafting system lets you forge weapons and tools and prepare food. Explore a vast open world, experience a dynamic day-night cycle, and battle wild animals, rebels, and other enemies as you fight to survive and reach your destination.
