Under enemy fire, they quickly climb aboard a vessel carrying hot air balloons. Before long, they reach a safe shore rich in opportunities for economic growth. Naturally, The Cardinal will not let this escape go unanswered.

GROW YOUR LAND INTO A WEALTHY REALM

Once you break free from prison in Guns of Glory, you arrive in a calm territory with strongholds already in place. Your task is to help it flourish and prepare it to defend against outside enemies, most of all The Cardinal. Two buildings let you collect food and materials to train your troops. In this game you can command three types of soldiers: infantry, cavalry, and ranged units.

Your army is led by generals and used to shield your kingdom from invaders. On the map you will spot threats to your land, pirates among them. You can assemble forces of varying size depending on your strategy, and you should not overlook your generals, since their leadership strengthens your army. Battles play out automatically, and raw power is the key to winning.

Beyond the battles described above, a cannon stands by the sea and can fire on any pirate ship that sails into your waters. Each cannon fires at most twice before it must recharge its energy.

In Guns of Glory, two key elements deserve your attention: the generals and the research you uncover. Generals are obtained through a chance-based summoning system using two banners, Standard and Master, which bring champions of varying quality.
