So Sonny sends Tommy to Vice City under the supervision of mob lawyer Ken Rosenberg to buy drugs. However, during the deal between Tommy and two drug dealers (the Vance brothers) at the docks, an ambush set by an unknown third party kills the bodyguards who accompanied Tommy, along with Vance dealer Victor Vance. Fortunately, Tommy reports the ambush to Sonny, who is furious and forces Tommy to pay back the money. Tommy promises to recover the money and drugs and track down those behind the ambush. As you enter the world of Vice City, you and Tommy will take on missions and dramatic action scenes that help raise the main character's status to a higher level in the criminal underworld.

Gameplay

Unlike when GTA Vice City was developed for PC and consoles, the game is now widely available to many players on mobile. For this reason, the way you control the character in Vice City has changed slightly. Instead of controlling the character with a keyboard or console controller, every control function is now placed on the screen around Tommy. Like most role-playing games on the market, players will need to learn how to control the character through the virtual button system, including the jump button and a number of other function buttons. Because the game includes many other actions such as driving and flying a helicopter, the control button layout has also been adjusted.

If Tommy is on foot, only a joystick, a spot button, an attack/shoot button, and a quick-run button appear on screen. When the player controls a car, things change a bit. This adds to the appeal and authenticity of a true action game. However, the police’s aggressive response also creates a particular obstacle during missions.
