Description
Flex Utility Premium is another app built to help users cut back on their dependence on mobile devices, or at least reduce the time lost at work and study from constantly having the phone within reach. It lets you set up blocking rules so you aren't pulled away by notifications, checking incoming messages, feed updates and similar distractions. It also offers flexible options for adjusting how these processes behave, so you can set up the modes that suit you best and stay on track to meet your goals on time.
