FitNotes - Gym Workout Log MOD APK 25.1 (Pro Unlocked)

Description

FitNotes Mod APK – A clean, straightforward exercise tracker that's packed with useful features. Free to download, with no ads at any point.

FitNotes is the fitness tracker to choose if you want something simple to use.

The Workout Log lets you swipe between your daily workout entries, so you don't have to dig through the calendar to reach a specific day. Adding an exercise is quick: log the weight, reps, or distance covered, along with the time spent on each set.

You can also track how long each set takes to complete. When you're recording sets for an exercise, a swipe across the screen takes you straight to your previous workouts. You can attach notes and comments to any set you've done. Rest timers that beep or vibrate help you keep tabs on how many reps you've completed. Your workouts appear in the log in the same order you entered them.

The Exercise Database is organized into categories. You can rearrange the lists of exercises within each category to match your own training schedule. It covers a wide range of movements, including Olympic lifts, plyometrics, and ab training. The "Save and New" feature makes it fast to add new exercises to your routine. Most people focus on weightlifting and cardiovascular training. For resistance work, you can record data such as the weight lifted and the number of reps. For cardio, you can track distance, duration, and heart rate.
