Each level presents a power station along with several residential buildings that need power to light up. Your task is to link the wiring to every building by rotating the conductive pieces, one tile at a time. Try to finish each level in as few moves as possible, since every turn drains a bit of your available energy. When you get stuck, you can call on hints for a nudge in the right direction.
