STANDOUT GAMEPLAY

Dungeon Knight is an idle game, but that doesn't mean it asks you to just watch the screen. Guide your hero's moves and abilities to hit and take down several foes at once. The campaign spans eight chapters with 20 levels each. Hunt smaller enemies for coins, fresh weapons, and gear to power up. You can call the Boss at any time and defeat it to clear the level. If your hero is strong enough, this section should feel like a breeze. You can also clash with other players in the arena and in pass mode. This is the game's only competitive mode. We'll go deeper into it after the story.

FLEXIBLE CHARACTER SYSTEM

Dungeon Knight: 3D gives you one protagonist, but idle RPG fans can take on a variety of roles. Your character rank sets your bonuses, how quickly fever charges (once full, fever greatly boosts attack speed), and your attack speed. These stats climb as your character levels up. The current classes are infantry and scout, and the top tier includes seven knights (Golden Dragon Knight, Demon Knight, and more).

CHASE THE ACHIEVEMENT PATH

Each achievement boosts a different stat, depending on the gear you already own. Pairing Dragon Wings with Unicorn Horns lowers the Boss's maximum health and raises your attack speed. The "Devices" tab lists every artifact you can get. Notably, reaching level 20 in Chapter 5 unlocks the legendary relic, the most powerful weapon in the game.

A pet can raise your attack speed (ATK) and slow your gold consumption. Three pets can fight alongside you at once. Once you have an A/S/R/U character class, that limit rises to 4, 5, 6, and 7. If your pet collection gets too crowded, you can always sell some.

You can spend gold to upgrade your stats, weapons, classes, and pets, but success isn't guaranteed. Higher levels cost more gold and have lower success rates. The relic can only be upgraded when you have two identical copies, but that upgrade always succeeds.

ARENA AND THE IDLE EXPERIENCE

The multiplayer side is a major draw of Dungeon Knight: 3D Idle RPG, especially this mode. Here, your character's courage is on display for many other players. Each battle lasts 20 seconds, and the winner is whoever deals the most damage. You can play 30 times a day, and your total score decides your rank. Reach the top of the arena to earn exclusive rewards. You can also earn gold even when you're offline. Select "Auto" and your character will fight enemies on its own and loot their bodies for valuable items. When you log back in, a pile of in-game currency will be waiting for you.
