In this engaging game, you take on the role of an ultimate fitness coach who helps people get into great shape. Plenty of overweight clients who struggle to lose weight on their own will seek you out.
It's your job to put everything you've learned to use, prescribing the right nutrition and essential fitness exercises for each client.
Alongside overweight clients, underweight people will also come to you for help. For them, you'll do the opposite: plan their days so they rest more and eat high-calorie foods.
