Description
The Da Vinci Eye APK lets you use the app's signature overlay feature, which projects an image you want to draw onto a real sheet of paper through your device's camera. When you hold your phone above your canvas and look through the screen, a virtual projection appears that you can trace directly. This helps you produce realistic artwork with accurate proportions, shading, and colors.
How does it work?
Position your phone or tablet above or behind your canvas. Looking through the screen, you'll see the reference image and the canvas together. It works much like a projector or light box, except the projection is only visible when you view it through your device. It's a modern take on the camera lucida, a little-known tool artists have relied on for centuries!
The great part is that you can zoom the camera and the overlay image together to capture fine details in your drawing, or resize the drawing to whatever scale you need.
Using Da Vinci also trains your eye to recognize proportions and to spot differences in value and color, while helping your hand create smooth, confident lines and strokes on paper.
