Description
Camp With Mom is a cartoon-style "adventure" simulator with 18+ content and a non-linear storyline. The developers set the game in an offbeat world centered on a shy guy who unexpectedly heads into the wilderness for a camping trip with his best friend and his mom. The hike is all planned out, so it's time to pack the backpacks and chart the route. Who knows what surprises lie ahead?
Atmosphere, Events and Gameplay
Gameplay in CWM follows the classic formula of the genre. Roughly 90% of the time you explore locations, interact with points of interest, talk to characters, and shape your own story through the dialogue system. Everything behaves in a predictable way, but the unusual setting and near-total freedom of action encourage you to keep experimenting.
One of the unexpected features is a series of mini-puzzles that make you think hard and can partially change the story, adding a unique twist to the gameplay. As for where the story goes, who can say? Maybe the hike will even bring a chance to meet a few curvy beauties along the way?
