Step into the role of BLACKPINK's manager!
Are you a BLACKPINK fan?
In recent years, Korean groups have grown beyond their home market and built a major presence on the international stage. BTS, for example, sparked a worldwide K-Pop wave. Now it's the turn of the powerhouse women of BLACKPINK, who are reaching audiences around the globe with a string of impressive group and solo releases.
Their success comes from a blend of polished K-Pop artistry, each member's confident international appeal, striking looks and style, and high-energy performances that have earned them partnerships with leading global brands. Today BLACKPINK's fanbase spans many countries and age groups, not just in Korea.
Their popularity has also inspired a wide range of BLACKPINK-themed products, mobile games among them. The latest example is BLACKPINK THE GAME.
What does BLACKPINK THE GAME include?
BLACKPINK THE GAME is a lighthearted casual mobile game packed with bite-sized minigames that keep things upbeat and energetic. What sets it apart is that its main characters are the four members of the globally popular Korean group BLACKPINK. You'll spend time with them, guide them, and enjoy fun entertainment alongside your favorite idols.
In BLACKPINK THE GAME, you become the producer and manager of the girl group. You'll guide the members of BLACKPINK through a series of light brain-teasing puzzles to complete their schedules and plan special events for the group.
You can also customize and transform the members' looks, choosing street wear, airport outfits, photo shoot styles, or stage costumes for your idol characters. Pick the right outfit, makeup, and hairstyle based on each member's personal taste and the upcoming event. It takes some thought, but it's engaging all the way through.
BLACKPINK THE GAME also features plenty of fun minigames hosted by Jennie, Lisa, Rose, and Jisoo, the four leading faces of K-Pop today. Play alongside the girls, team up with them to reach your goals, and unlock new items and surprises in the game. These minigames feel like sharing small moments of fun with your idols.
What does a BLACKPINK manager actually do?
With their global popularity, BLACKPINK have packed schedules and plenty of activities to handle in a single day. As the manager, you'll contact and schedule each member as well as the group as a whole for vocal practice, choreography, acting lessons, fashion and makeup sessions, recording, photo shoots, press conferences, and more.
Managers also need to clear challenging minigames, such as match-3 and block-breaking puzzles, to earn new skills and bring them back into the members' training schedules.
As members complete courses and training, they level up. Your challenge is to plan a balanced schedule so that all BLACKPINK members reach the same level, with no one pulling ahead or falling behind.
