About Beauty Tycoon: Hollywood Story
Become the owner of a renowned beauty spa brand in Hollywood!
A fascinating side of Hollywood unfolds
While playing Beauty Tycoon: Hollywood Story, you'll be drawn into a rich storyline full of relationships within Hollywood's celebrity circles. As you pamper and touch up the faces of guests at your beauty spa, you'll cross paths with all kinds of personalities. Every customer walks through your door carrying their own emotions, confessions, life experiences, and unforgettable stories.
By listening, connecting, and building close relationships, you'll be swept into many heartfelt tales. You'll see just how loud and lively Hollywood can be on the surface, while countless untold stories quietly unfold behind the scenes.
Master cosmetic procedures to enhance beauty
As the owner and manager of a beauty spa in bustling Hollywood, you'll get the chance to learn every beauty treatment and introduce customers to things you've only heard about but never had the chance to explore.
What are the detailed steps for nail and hair services? What should be considered when applying makeup? And how complex are skincare, whitening, or facial lifting treatments? Procedures may vary slightly between spas and countries, but they generally follow industry standards. In Beauty Tycoon: Hollywood Story, you can learn these standard steps in depth.
Provide sensible, thoughtful solutions for customers
Every visitor to your spa comes in with a need or a concern about their appearance. As the owner in Beauty Tycoon: Hollywood Story, you'll listen carefully and collect information from each guest, identifying the root cause of their beauty concerns. Then you'll recommend the most suitable treatment for each person.
This is what sets you apart from other beauty spas in this lively city, and it's what keeps your guests coming back. No matter how far you expand or how many services you add, never lose sight of this core principle.
Grow your spa through your own efforts
In the early days, thanks to your enthusiastic delivery of basic services at affordable prices, your spa slowly attracted new customers. More customers bring new needs, and as those needs grow, it's time to consider whether to expand your offerings.
If you decide to, you'll learn new techniques, invest in the necessary tools and equipment, and complete the process of opening that service. It's expensive and demands both effort and time, and the more complex the service, the bigger the investment. However, the future profits are often well worth it. Each investment decision brings different benefits, so you'll need to balance your resources against your spending to make the choices that suit you best.
Stay connected with your customers
Running a spa has a real upside: when talking about personal beauty concerns, customers often open up and share more personal stories. Your relationship with them becomes more than just that of a service provider and a client, and can feel quite similar to friendship.
As a charming spa owner, you'll need to know how to communicate skillfully and stay in regular contact with loyal and high-value customers. They'll often help you draw in new guests and spread the word through their own circles. Who knows, one day one of them might even become a lifelong companion.
Staff management
Skill is an essential requirement for every member of your spa team. Finding people who are both talented and dedicated, who work carefully and reliably, isn't easy. You'll need to review each candidate's profile, weighing their skills against the salary they expect and their work experience.
Once you've hired someone, it's also important to support and guide them so they can settle into the new environment quickly. You'll also need to clearly define a fair and transparent relationship between new and existing staff, and between this team and other departments in the salon.
Staff management is an area where you'll need to invest your full attention in Beauty Tycoon: Hollywood Story, because in a beauty salon like yours, the human element is inherently extremely important.
